Celery Root Chips

2 celery roots
olive oil
sea salt

1. Using a mandolin or swivel vegetable peeler, slice the celery root as thinly as possible lengthways, rinse well and pat dry with a clean tea towel.

2. Toss with olive oil and sea salt.

3. Roast at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
