Minced Chicken Marinated in Honey & Dijon Dressing

Serves 2 people 
16 oz chicken, finely sliced
1 tbsp. Ideal Protein Honey & Dijon Dressing
4 cups jicama, French fry cut
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. smoked paprika
1 tbsp. grapeseed oil
Sea salt & pepper to taste 

In a plastic bag, shake chicken, mustard and dressing; place in fridge and let marinate overnight.
Preheat oven to 425F
In a bowl, mix together jicama, garlic powder, smoked paprika, grapeseed oil, sea salt and pepper; place on a cooking sheet and place in the oven for approximately 45 minutes or until cooked. Meanwhile, in a hot non-stick pan, add marinated chicken; let sear.
Ready to serve!
